> He welcomes you into his shop which is immaculate at all times
> Joe will call you to keep you informed of the process
> If your car needs to stay over night he keeps it on his property under a light area I know a mechanic in New London that parks your car down the street as if it was abandon!
> Does the work himself Again, I know a mechanic in New London that charges $Per Hour for his expertise only to have his son that was in school do the job!
> Due to above mechanic, Joe corrected a major part that had been installed incorrectly at no cost
> Provided me a written warranty that extended any other mechanic
