S & S Tree Service

Review: The company did not follow through with the service that we contracted (in writing) to receive and paid a $200 advance fee for prompt service. After nearly four months of excuses from that company, we advised them that we wished for a refund and were told that we would receive it. We arranged for another person to provide the service. We were told twice that the check was in the mail during the past two weeks but have not received any refund as of this date.Desired Settlement: We would like the owner of this company that we trusted at the time of the contract to hand deliver a certified check for the amount ($200) due to us. We no longer have trust in him.

In regard to this response from S & S Tree Service: Yes, we did receive the refund after we filed the complaint. We had no knowledge of the owner's fall and injury. His employee who delivered the money order made no mention of this. We heard that his company's truck was seen on various work sites. Thank you for your service in regard to this matter.
