Complaint: [redacted] I ask this be forwarded to [redacted] I also ask you maintain a copy in their folder because his response does not accurately reflect the facts Just to make my experience crystal clear, my wife phoned S&S, at least twice, and asked we be removed from their mailing list before handing it off to me, when we received the Spring catalog (I cannot read any date on the bulk mailing address labels)I phoned and stressed my anger for receiving yet another catalogI was assured her name was removed, and mailings would stop (date unknown) Quite some time later (months), a catalog (Summer 2014) appeared in my mail (May 2014)I phoned again and this time was told we were already on a Do Not mail listOnce more I voiced my wishes to not have these appear in my mailboxWhen I hung up I filed this Revdex.com complaint with youI received notification that they’d forwarded my complaint to S&S and were awaiting an answer Roughly days after that Revdex.com reply I received a brand new not wanted Summer/Fall S&S catalogI’m 99.9% certain this was in response to my Revdex.com complaintAt that time I attemted to update my complaint with you (I'm not certain I was successfulWhy not just do this via e-mail? Options with your system are extremely limited!) and contacted the State of Connecticut, Attorney General It’s my sincere wish we never have to correspond about this matter again but I’m not very optimistic! An honest look at S&S will disclose the real problem!
It appears that Revdex.com contacted S&S Worldwide to alert of this pending case on or before 6/8/Due to a very high occurrence of virus containing emails from the Revdex.com, all emails from the Revdex.com that are containing links are systemically "spammed" by our companyThe first hard copy letter from the Revdex.com that S&S Worldwide received (addressed to myself) was dated 7/2/I immediately responded to the Revdex.com complaint via fax on 7/7/My response contained the letter (dated 6/25/2014) that was written to the [redacted] by [redacted] , Co-President of S&SThe letter explained the timing of the catalog mailings and their receipts [redacted] filed his complaint with Revdex.com on 5/28/S&S did not respond to any Revdex.com notifications until 7/7/In the meantime [redacted] notified the [redacted] , Co-president of S&S Worldwide responded to AG complaint via letter on 6/25/ It is not quite clear what [redacted] is trying to express in his latest response dated 7/8/He states that his wife received a catalog "roughly" days after the initial Revdex.com complaint [redacted] is "99.9% certain" that the catalog was mailed "in response" to his filing of the Revdex.com complaint The [redacted] received the Summer catalog on June 3rdThe mailing of that catalog was addressed and explained in the letter by [redacted] No more catalogs have been mailed since May 24th and no more catalogs have been received by this [redacted] or his wife since June 3rd As [redacted] explained in his letter to the [redacted] , S&S Worldwide has no wish to mail catalogs to individuals who do not want themThe [redacted] have been removed from the S&S Worldwide mailing lists [redacted] Manager Contact Center
