I booked a hotel in STA website before. The booking number is [redacted]. I cancelled this order on Feb.9, 2014. But this company still charged me $679. I contacted them this morning. They told me that they will refund me $654 ($679-$25 cancel fee) after one to five weeks. But they did not sent any official E-mail about cancel information to me.
