Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 10, 2015/09/21) */ We have sent [redacted] his title & he has received it and is happy now

All of our vehicles are sold with a passing safety and emissions inspection completed at a Missouri licensed inspection facility All of our vehicles are also sold unless an aftermarket warranty is purchased This vehicle was inspected prior to the sale and passed both inspections assuring us the vehicle was more than safe and in a good running and driving condition When we were notified that the turn signals were not functioning we immediately repaired the vehicle free of charge for the customer out of good faith At a later date, we were contacted by the customer and told there was an oil leak which we also repaired for the customer free of charge again out of good faith At that point we informed the customer that due to the vehicle being sold and no warranty being purchased, that we would be happy to continue to address any concerns that arose but there would be a cost involved for any other repairs requested We only charge $an hour for labor for a customer who has purchased a car here compared to the average repair rate at a a shop of $an hour We also offer wholesale cost on parts We feel we have went way above and beyond helping with the first two issues free of charge when no warranty was in place Unfortunately there is nothing more we can offer

This customer has been provided with his title. On my end, this issue is closed

All of our vehicles are sold with a passing safety and emissions inspection completed at a Missouri licensed inspection facility.  All of our vehicles are also sold AS-IS unless an aftermarket warranty is purchased.  This vehicle was inspected prior to the sale and passed both inspections...

assuring us the vehicle was more than safe and in a good running and driving condition.  When we were notified that the turn signals were not functioning we immediately repaired the vehicle free of charge for the customer out of good faith.  At a later date, we were contacted by the customer and told there was an oil leak which we also repaired for the customer free of charge again out of good faith.  At that point we informed the customer that due to the vehicle being sold AS-IS and no warranty being purchased, that we would be happy to continue to address any concerns that arose but there would be a cost involved for any other repairs requested.  We only charge $25 an hour for labor for a customer who has purchased a car here compared to the average repair rate at a a shop of $120 an hour.  We also offer wholesale cost on parts.  We feel we have went way above and beyond helping with the first two issues free of charge when no warranty was in place.  Unfortunately there is nothing more we can offer.
