HelloWe sell only products offered by boost mobileIf a customer called the manufacturer, it means that their phone needs to be fixedH the manufacturerThat has nothing to do with an insurance claimThe customer can call the insurance dept and make a claim, provided the phone falls under the
claim; loss, theft or water damageFor the manufacturer to not replace the phone, it means the customer had an issue that is not part of their coverage, such as malware, hardware, defectWe can provide a discount towards another phone, if they qualify for an upgrade, or they can call boost mobile customer care to further assist them

Hello:Customer returned to the location, after the return policy had expiredPer company policy, the phone must be returned/exchange in like new/original condition and within the return period of daysThe customer was also offered to add phone insurance to the handset, and if anything outside of
phone insurance was not covered, it would be covered through the manufacturer of the deviceWe tried to help the customer to the fullest extend and provide excellent service to any customer that comes and makes a purchaseWe have a great reputation within our local community, and had it been within the policy, we would of gladly exchanged it if the phone was in the Original sold conditionWe provided the customer with the options allowedThe customer was also disruptive to our business

We have done everything on our end to help service this gentleman. He also seems to do this to all businesses he purchases from. Please review the 3 Facebook pages he owns.
