On March 25, 2016, Ms *** purchased a Reuleaux RXKit for $plus tax. On March 29, 2016, Ms *** came into our Washington location to purchase liquid for said battery when she noticed we had some new colors. Her remark to our Manager *** *** was "that one matches my car,
can I exchange it for the new color?" Ms *** proceeded to explain that we cannot do exchanges not only is it against policy, this is a personal use item and cannot be resold to another customer. It is clearly stated on the receipt, explained to each customer, and posted on the wall "ALL SALES ARE FINALNO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. Defective products will be exchanged for exact products within days of purchase. The battery Ms *** purchased was not defective. On March 31, 2016, Ms *** returned to the store when a different clerk was working and claimed the battery was not working. Said employee tested the battery and it was fine. Ms *** proceeded to create a ruckus and demanded that the owner contact her. Our regional sales rep contacted her and explained that while the battery was not defective, he would extend her warranty for an additional days. Ms *** then proceeded to "trash talk" our company on social media and apparently filed claims with the Revdex.comBottom line: all she wants is a different color. There is nothing wrong with her $item. This item cannot be resold as it has been in her mouth. Thank you, *** ***Human Resources Dept

purchase". This has been our policy since we opened in July 2012. On further investigation, I cannot find a sale receipt that Mr [redacted] purchased anything at all from that location. Either way, all our locations have the same NO REFUNDS NO EXCEPTIONS printed prominently on EVERY receipt.
