To whom it may concern, We are very sorry that you feel you had a bad experience with our transportation servicesI want to assure you that we are far from a scam and transport well over cars every day without any problemsIn this case we did our best to meet the estimate pickup and delivery times and keep all parties involved by the means of emailWe did in fact have a technical issue with the truck that was transporting the car, however the driver who did the delivery to the final destination is our local driver who delivers cars from our yard to areas in Seattle to make the delivery fasterThe local driver did not have any technical issues and has no way of knowing if the long haul truck didMy records show that you called only once to me and as I said I transport many cars each day and if I was unreachable then I would not last in the business And as an experienced transportation agent I can say that the industry standard is that all the dates on 1dispatch are estimates, unless explicitly requested in PRE-DISPATCH NOTES TO CARRIER form for exact dates for which the prices double, your predispatch notice is as follows "Please call hour prior to delivery Nobody will be at dealership unless we get a call." And even if the delivery was late your contract has to explicitly state a set amount fee for the lateness, which you do not have On our end we did everything we had to in regard of notifying and scheduling the pickup and delivery, as well as working around a mechanical malfunction which unfortunately in this business are unavoidableSince there was neither a required exact delivery or term for late delivery we are not contractually obligated to fulfill your request of rate adjustment Thank you, Olga

According to my record he did not agree to the $and I never agreed to transport the vehicle after he started bargaining with the price as I cannot match the said price

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: once again this company has reared its ignorance about cars and should notb e trusted with anyone's car. the response from this business stated that they needed to jump start my car because it ran out of gas? that is ignorant and completely dumb. no where is it heard of, that a car needs to be jumped due to lack of gas? whoever gave you and your drivers licenses and authorization to transport cars, needs to have their head examined. no car has even been known to need a jumpstart due to lack of gas. here is the email and statement from the experts. your driver messed up and blew the fuses on my car due it your lack of knowledge and ignorance. since you are unable to admit your mistakes, that makes you completely untrustworthy in business. unethical practices makes you a company that everyone should  know about and stay away from. in addition, your driver scratched my vehicle. we have the before pictures of the car when you picked it up, no sctrach was on this particular portion, and the new pictures show that the scratches are freshly made. as the manager at Toyota told you. you need to own up and do the right thing. stop trying to run away from your mistakes like a true foreigner would. a true American admits when they are wrong and owns up to it.Sincerely,[redacted]

Upon inspection we found the 140 amp fusible link blown.  It appears the veh may have been jumped backwards.  The negative battery terminal appears to have gotten hot.  Est for diag and replacement of fusible link 427.00 plus tax.

As a long standing all American (owned and operated, my accent does not void my citizenship) company ST Trucking works very hard to provide the best service possible to all our customers. To help understand the situation  these are quick respond on each accusation:
1. About fuel level:...

According to pictures taken by our driver on time of pick up: the fuel tank was empty and red light was on.
2. About inexperienced driver: Our insurance company required that each driver has to have 2 years experience. We are fully complied  with this requirement.
3. About died battery: According to Toyota specification the battery generally not going to drain-out  unless you've got the gas down hard. There is not evidence of negligent of our driver.
4. About accepting responsibility: According to our contract  ST Trucking LLC is not responsible for any mechanical function.
5. About missed out on working: According to customer text message he require only 30 min advance notice because his work is 15 min away from his home.
6. About no major scratches:  According to Bill of Landing the car has a lot scratches, dents and paint chips.
 
 
 
In our contract it clearly states that we cannot be held responsible for mechanic issues since we CANNOT check for them. 
Our driver did not scratch the car, he did not jump it incorrectly therefore we are not responsible for anything. We picked up the car and delivered a car.
