Chrysler Roadside Assistance dispatched this "company" to retrieve my vehicle on Christmas Day The next day we noticed that there were significant puddles of oil on the year old driveway exactly where their tow truck was parked for over minutes After submitting pictures and information to the owner of the company and following up to see when they would be out to clean up the oil, he began swearing and he claimed that I was lying and that he wasn't doing anything to rectify the situation Great customer service, I guess I should have expected this from a tow truck company out of Wickliffe I would not suggest anyone use this company for any service unless you want a mess and to be called a liar
Terrible customer service! Dispatcher was belligerent and rude after asking how much longer the wait was going to be I had already waited an hour and was told it was going to be another minutes I was given an hour window for the tow, not minutes Further, he claimed that the pm traffic was the delay I have never seen pm traffic jams before and questioned his nonsensical response He then went on to cancel my tow for no apoarent reason I would never contact them again for a tow or go to their garage for car repairs after this awful experience!
