The gift certificates were sent to Mr*** home in February Yesterday, after his initial call, we did verify with Mr*** that the address to which the gift certificates were sent was indeed correct Because the gift certificates are treated like cash, it is our policy not to
resend them However, today, before we received this complaint, we did call Mr*** and let him know that we were making an exception for him and would be mailing two $gift certificates
