The purchased transaction took place on December 21, and we have CCTV footage of our workers using an air-gun to fasten the tiresThe footage shows the pressure given by my
worker to fasten those tires.
In an occasion on the footage, one of the original lug nut was broken and my worker handed over the damaged lug nut to the Complainant and replaced with new
During the replacement of the tire and fastening of the lug nut, the Complainant and his lady friend were beside my worker.
Complainant sent me a text message mentioning about the incident on December 22, and calledI told him to bring it to my shop as I was not sure whom I was talking to and I wanted to see him and his car to identifyBut without bringing the car, he demanded for $2,400USD for repair cost and blamed us for not fastening the lug nutsWithout coming to our premises, he made several calls and lastly I told him to stop or else I have to call the Police for constant interruptionsThat was the last communication and now with a letter from Revdex.com
Complainant further went to Google Review to give S V Tire Shop a negative review
On complaint letter, below are the discrepancy found from the footage and the complaint letter:

SV Tires has evidence that we have taken proper process to replace a tireIf the Complainant wanted to peruse this matter further with an Attorney, we are well prepared with evidence and to face itIn the meantime, if these prolongs, we have to instruct our Attorney to intervene and all expenses incurred on this subject would be charged back to the Complainant, which includes damages made by his negative feedback on the Google Review on SV Tire Shop.
