It was neither good nor bad. However : a few things of note :

The practice was not very clean and hygienic. inadequate sanitation everywhere. the staf bathroom is ten times cleaner than the patients bathroom !

the staff presumes to call ALL patients by their first name, automatically & without asking permission. this is presumptive and disrespectful. its also bizarre considering all staff members are Asian and Asians are typically HUGE on propriety & respect.
oh well, Ive experienced worse. a little annoying I suppose
