This is not the mater if a car was brought from the auction, I told you the issue I had with the vehicle and I ask you if you fix audi car the answer was yes, when I check you business license only say Auto Diagnosis( [redacted] **C)You did have all day to fix the car even if you do fix the car you didn't once I come to the shop after work that when you want to start acting like you working on the car, I was not the only one you have done this too going through you review I see that you have scam someone else doing the same thing you did to meI never ask you for oil change and if you did do the oil change when the light and oil pressure light still coming back onYou talking about I never want to pay you never told me what the charge was going to be even before you check the car because you know you don’t fix mechanical issues and you shouldn’t have take the car for repair since you are not license or know how to fix that issue, You really don't need to lie about the issue, was the car tow to you? NO why show on invoice that the car was tow .what is coolant tand coolantthat difference charge ???also oil change that I never ask you for.and why can't you show up or talk on phone when I requested to talk to you when is come to payment.stop scamming people and do what you based and know how to do not taken a car with mechanical issues when you know you can't fix itYou will refund my fund because you never get to fix any thing than cos more damages to my car, You cant even provide the coolant part you claim you change on the car If the problem was fix you will be paid not pay for what you did or can't fix .Thanks

The vehicle brought in was brought in with multiple issuesit was a vehicle bought from auction and the owner had no idea what issues it hadTommy's auto tried to work with him even coming in after hours to work on his vehicleWe were limited to what we could do since owner did not want to pay
his bill and even after working on his vehicle putting in a new battery, doing and oil change because the owner over filed his vehicle with oil by several quarts and also doing a coolant repair, Timing was adjusted for customer and he still was not satisfiedLeft with a $bill which was reduced dramatically. In order to get your vehicle in running order especially auction vehicle that is not in good condition there can be several issuesThat was the case in this vehicle but as stated before you can not get a vehicle in working order if the customer refuses to pay for what is neededIn addition when a custom buys their own parts there is no guarantee on our endWE have no idea where parts are from and what conditioned are inNormally we do not use customer parts but made an exception since he was refereed to us
