Review: I . [redacted] paid sw paging and beeper repair to fix the cracked screen on my lg [redacted] cell phone. In addition I told them that my screen was cracked I just needed to repair the screen. I also told her I need the phone due to text messages I needed for court. And that my contacts and pictures were very important. The store owner said she had to order the screen. I went to the store 5 times my phone was not ready,. Today on May 31 2014 I went to pick up my phone that would not turn on. I was told rudely that she wipes out all of my information not the phone and gave me my phone back with a new screen. And the phone did not turn on. When I took them my cell phone it still worked I can make calls receive calls and my picture was on the screen savor. Sw paging took my money and gave me back a broke unusable cell phone. They factory wiped out my information. Which I did not pay for, and gave me my phone back brokeDesired Settlement: I would like a new phone and the store held accountable for braking my phone and wiping out important information which caused me over 3 thousand dollars due to the store braking my phone and wiping out my information.
