To Whom it may Concern:  After we received the complaint on 10/26/2017 per email from Revdex.com, we reached out to the customer and at that point we realized there was a clerical error on our part with receiving the customers personal contact information when they dropped their vehicle off...

to us to be repaired.  at that point we contacted the customer and asked them to please come in so we could show them their old parts (which we still had) and discuss their complaint, they agreed and came in on 10/28/2017.  At this time we showed the the parts and explained that until we got into the process of the repair we could not see the extent of the rust until the heat shield was removed.  The customers agreed once they saw the tailpipe.  We take full responsibility for the lack of communication and the error the Service Writer made while taking the the customers personal contact information and we should not have made the decision to repair the vehicle without the approval and we are sorry for that, we thought we made the right decision because we knew how important it was for them to have car done at a certain time for them to work the next day.  the customer and us came to a decision to refund them $[redacted] on 10/28/2017.  The issue has been resolved thank you for your time.
