Found a leak quickly where the original roof installer could not. Very courteous and professional.

As a single woman homeowner, I always feel weary and wary when something big happens. I am so happy to have been recommended Pedro and his company, S2C Roofing. He made me feel safe and saved me QUITE A BIT of money and time.

I had noticed what looked like part of my roof coming over the side of the house. I called a neighbor who had just had her roof re-done and her guy came over and gave me a bid of $13,000 to redo the whole roof, saying he could patch some spots and fix the soffit but that by the time they got into it, because of the type of roof it was, they'd probably be doing the whole thing. He did NOT take pictures.

I was given Pedro's name by my brother and so had called him too. When he came to do the bid, he said there were some areas that needed patching and took pictures and showed me just what was happening up there. He explained it to me so I understood what was normal wear on a roof and what it would have looked like if there was a bigger problem. He made the necessary repairs for less than $500.

It felt so good to just trust him from the get-go. That he was professional and timely and explained everything WITH pictures added to my experience of trust and confidence in S2C Roofing. If I ever have a problem again, I know I can be safe with just one bid from Pedro AND S2C ROOFING.

We had a great experience using S2C! *** was very helpful walking us through the whole process. She took a video of what was wrong when she did the initial inspection. Then came back when our insurance adjuster was here. She also came to us to go through the paperwork and picking out the color. The roof was completed in one day and they even came back the next morning to double check for any trash or nails left in our yard! We highly recommend using S2C!

I had a great experience with S2C! Pedro was very professional and responsive. I was out of town and we were able to keep in touch without any issues. He provided pictures during the process so I was able to see how things were progressing. I had a residential flat roof that needed to be torn off and replaced. There was also some brickwork that needed to be done and he took care of that on the spot for me. I highly recommend!!

I hired S2C to do major repairs to my flat roof. They were very easy to work with. They provided pictures and a video of the damage. Their communication is very good and much appreciated. Pedro and Bernadette are both thorough at explaining repairs and options. When the crew was on site, other than hearing them walk on the roof, there was no evidence I was having my roof repaired. We received a full flat roof replacement with parapet wall repointing from S2C Roofing Co LLC. Pedro and S2C were great to work with. Their communication, speed, and customer service stood out. We had a few issues that were quickly cleared up. I would rate them above most of the contractors we have dealt with in the past, and recommend them to anyone in need of roof work. Pedro was a huge help. He was very patient as I spent a few months gathering funds and always promptly followed up with me if I had questions. When it was time to do the work his team knocked it out in one day.
