Our response to the above stated complaint is as following:
1— INVOICE OF 4/1/2015
Customer drop car at shop April 1, 2015 for repair at a price of $ 1546. The job was complete on 4/9/15. In spite of many calls nobady showed up to pick up car for from April 9...

to July 21, 2015. An amount of $ 1050 was accessed; Which was forgiven after listening customer hardship story.2—INVOICE OF 7/22/15Battery replacement.

Rear break Line Fix. Car was ready but was not picked up in time so storage was accessed. Which on the next inovice
4—INVOICE OF 8/4/15
Storage charges. As a policy matter, storage charges are accessed after 48 hours of repair is done and customer does not show to pick up vehicle.
5—INVOICE OF 8/5/15
Wheel bearing L/F, R/F and fix pads. No down payment. Job not done.We give 90 days warranty for parts and labor. If there is some thing wrong with vehicle and it is still cover our warranty policy we are ready to take care. The complaintant still has to pay $ 136.50 for storage.In the end once again we want to assure the BBS that if there is something wrong with the vehicle we are ready to repair it is still under warranty period.Sincerey,Muhammad  W.
