I am rejecting this response because: I strongly disagree with the response from Mr. [redacted] concerning the condition of the floor his company installed in our home. The floor does not appear to be uneven, it is uneven.  If this is typical of this type of floor, my wife and I were mislead by Mr. [redacted]'s employees about this 'FLOATING FLOOR' laying flat over our current floor. We would never buy a floor knowing it would not lay flat.   The tile floor (sub) surface Mr. [redacted] claims is uneven was leveled by his company at our expense.  If it is uneven, why were we charged for leveling?  It is not a few boards in the dining area as indicated in his response, it is most boards as shown in the pictures I submitted to the Revdex.com throughout the kitchen and dining area. Other areas in our home are uneven but not as noticeable.  The boards separated by a transition piece between the dining area and master bedroom are not aligned.  This is not typical of a professional installation.  I have a one year installation guarantee and have shown it to Mr. [redacted] and his employee, Mr. Fernandez but it still has not been addressed. If possible, I respectfully request an independent inspector selected by the Revdex.com to visit my home for evaluation.  I don't know if this is possible but would be willing to pay a reasonable fee to prove my complaint.Respectfully,
