I moved out in July and have yet to receive my security depositIt is now October!
These people never answer their phoneThey do not have an email addressWhen I lived there the garbage was overflowing for over a week and in the summertime it totally reekedThe landlord stole my garden hoseThey didnt clean my carpet when I moved in and charged me for cleaning when I moved out--- which is illegal!
I am filing in small claims court this week to get my security deposit backAlso my heating bills in the winter were insane because all the windows leak and the only heater was on one side of the aptand it was like a hotel wall heater-- super inefficientDo not rent from these people if you have any self respect
