In regards to *** ***, I apologize that the situation had to escalate to this pointThe entirety of where this matter has come to could have been prevented had fully understood what she had signed; not that we did not fully explain, but it is just that she continued to nod her head saying
"yes," yes that she understoodAll so that she can speed up the process and drive off in her newly purchased vehicleShe has claimed a number of things that were supposedly unknown to herHowever, everything we've requested or asked of Ms*** was discussed during the purchase and acknowledged during the contracting of the buyCustomer also states, falsely, that we had altered the original contract, this statement is absurd! We would never jeopardize the standing of our business with such shady practiceOn the matter of the release of her personal belonging, Felicia has avoided our MANY attempts to reach out to her, not allowing us to explain that she is more then welcome to come by and pick up her personal itemsIn fact, we've called repeatedly, left voice messages, and sent off text message correspondenceWe have record of the text messages we've sent her and will attach those communications along side this emailLastly, Ms*** disputes our right to having repossessed her vehicle
