I am rejecting this response because: The job has yet to be completed and had to compromise to patch up and paint the wall myself because I was told by the general manager that they are not skilled to do that type of work. I also asked him to be up front with customers prior to starting a job but continued to side step the complaint. It is not justly for a customer to find out about the issues after the job is done especially when the company performing the job is rated an A+.

We are trying to get in contact with the homeowner to get him scheduled to address his concerns but he has yet to call us and get scheduled.  We cannot take care of his issues if he does not contact us back.

I am rejecting this response because:1.    In reading the company’s response to my original complain, I could not help but notice the unequivocal defense of its employee, without exhibiting any level of concern, empathy, customer loyalty appreciation, and customer service/satisfaction.  In sum, no effort to get to the bottom of this issue. 2.    Another evidence of the above is that the sentence, “[redacted] never indicated the thermostat was not working”, is stated as a fact, as if the writer had witnessed the incident.  As originally recorded in my original complaint, the technician asserted exactly the opposite, TWICE.3.    24 hours before the incident, I had undergone surgery in the abdominal area (hospital records available to confirm this).  As a result, I was asked for absolute rest for 2 weeks, and to ensure that I protect the general area, so as to prevent postoperative complications.  This, I did not disclose before so, for the technician to say “…the homeowner then stood in front of the door completely blocking [redacted]’s exit until [redacted] asked “Have you ever heard of false imprisonment”, would be laughable if it wasn’t such a serious matter.  Also, -and therefore-, he NEVER alluded to “false imprisonment”, as the above context was NOT part of the exchange.4.    Also, consider this: as stated previously, this was a 2-minute interaction, at the most; I had never met this individual in my life; I had been doing business with SA Specialties since early 2014; I never had any issues with the people that I dealt with, prior to this incident ([redacted], and several phone reps); my decision to file this grievance did not involve any intention to seek monetary compensation/retribution; and, certainly, I did not purposefully intend for my family –including a toddler- to sleep without a working AC unit, that night! Based on all of this, I herein express my heighten concern about this individual, for I see that, not only has his employer unilaterally decided to side with his version of the facts, but also, so that the falsehoods of his narrative to be taken into consideration by consumers, going forward. Lastly, I will continue to reach out through the proper channels, especially now that, I realized that SA Specialties fully supports -and employs- someone who can have such an easy way into people’s homes: someone like [redacted], who, apart from having comported himself in the manner that I EMPHATICALLY stated, and stand by, clearly lacks the values of honesty and integrity that I employ herein, to denounce his actions.  SA Specialties has successfully been played by him!
