Customer review # [redacted] The customer your referring to came to our shop because other shops she frequented were unable to meet her needsShe was extremely upset with them upon arrival to our storeWe too great care of her for about a year, going above and beyond as we do with many of our customersWhether in or out of her warranty period we exchanged products for her and corrected issues she was having with her devicesSome were product issues user error.Our policies have graduated to the point of us having to duplicate any problems with products to determine if issues brought to us are due to user error legitimate defectsmany customers choose to leave products with us for further evaluation if the problem cannot be addressed (duplicated) while in the company of the customerWe have had to go this route because some customers have lost their device (very common)and bought a new replacement to keep them goingSometimes they have then tried to return the product after finding their lost devices and said it's defective so they can return the items purchasedwe are not in the business or renting or loaning out product until you locate lost ones or until you devise you have com to like the newest device which just cam out on the market and you want to return the one you bought recently from us We honor our return policies which 99% of our customers could attest toThis customer your referring to brought her device to us and told us we will be swapping it out because it's a manufacturer defect (as she often does tell us)We told her we would have to test the item before we could swap her outShe wasn't "having-it" and started yelling at us saying we were calling her a liarWe would never do such a thing, we have always gone above and beyond for her and we do not accept being yelled atShe's upset but she put herself therewe have policies which every other customer adheres to and she wasn't able to accept these policiesUnfortunately because of her actions, we no longer do business with herSA VAPORS, llc

I am rejecting this response because:The owner of this store has made statements that are not trueSeveralAlso his story is now getting embellishedI have found a new Vape storesince this has happenedWho honored the manufacturer warranty and swapped itoutHe will have to deal with this practice in a different manner and not fraud the consumeri don't believe at this point he can do anything that will satisfy what I wasasking forLike I stated before he is going to be held accountable for his business practices
