The customer came in for a fluid leak which we determined was from the steering rack We replaced the rack and told the customer that it needed a front end alignment which is after replacing a steering rack The customer stated that they needed their car and couldn't wait for us
to make an appointment to take their car to an alignment shop We do not do alignments but we do have a shop that we take them to We stated that they could take it to any place that does alignments to have it done which we stated on their repair bill They picked the car up on Monday August 24, On Wednesday August the customers husband came in our shop He came in the driveway at a high rate of speed and slid to a stop He got out of the vehicle screaming "Do you remember this vehicle?" At which time we responded yes He proceded to scream that we ripped his wife and mother-in-law off We asked him what he was talking about and he said it was still leaking We said we could look at it but he continued to scream at us calling us names and cussing at us He continued to get more irate at which time we told him to leave the premises He ran into me with his mirror of his vehicle and he went flying in reverse into our bushes knocking one of them over He continued to pull out of the driveway screaming obsenities and nearly hitting another vehicle on the road We called the state police who responded to his residence and our place of business and have filed a report against him The police told him he is not allowed on the property and needs to pay for the bush that he ran over I am sending you a copy of the police report Sincerely, Scott Z.Owner
