I purchased a 2011 Ford Escape from McPhee Auto Sales on March 10 2015. They had some really nice vehicles. [redacted] My father was impressed with his clean shop and professionalism. The purchase was easy and without pressure. Driving my new Escape in the dark for the first time I noticed one headlight pointing on the ground. A call to the dealership had [redacted] quickly re adjust the light. The light dropped again the next day. There was a noticable stone chip on the headlight my father and I noticed when we first looked at the vehicle but discounted any internal damage. McPhee Auto stood by their warranty and changed the headlight without question. [redacted] went out of his way to quickly address my problem. I would definitley recommend McPhee Auto Sales for a used vehicle and would purchase from them again. [redacted]
BUYER BEWARE!! This dealership, in their own words, cannot and will not stand behind the vehicles they sell. We purchased a minivan from them on June 22nd and have had nothing but issues since. They have blamed US for the issues that showed up DAYS after purchasing and the owner (Ron) was especially rude and condenscending when trying to work something out with them. Â They wax on and on about customer satisfaction until you hand over your money. I 100% would NOT recommend them and have been (and will continue) telling everyone about our awful experience.Â
