Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: They are offering to pay for a new grill but not the dental expense itll cost to take the nail glued gold they put in my mouth They new the chemical they put in my mouth wasnt acceptable yet they did it any way As he said it will wear off according to him Which also tells me thy were charging me a dollars for sumthin would of wore off After sayin it was a permanent fix Regards, [redacted]

Yesterday, Mr*** came into the store to have his grill repaired He stated he wanted it cut into two parts Our Jeweler worked to accommodate the customer and cut the grill However, the grill was cut incorrectly We attempted to correct the error but were not
successful The charge for the grill is $but due to an error on our part, the fee will be waived Since thenwe have offered Mr*** a new grill valued at $ He has agreed to this.As for the cement used to place the grills onto the teeth, the solution is not permanent It can easily be pulled out. We apologize for any inconvenience and will strive to make this situation better. Sincerely, SAAD's Jewelers
