To Whom it may concern, We in fact did do a very large uprooted tree that was on the property line on our contarcted customer and [redacted]The very large tree had uprooted and fell onto our customers property and had a very large hole in the ground, upon cutting the tree off of the uprooted
stump, the large rootball (approx12'-15' tall) fell back into the hole from which it came from[redacted] were both home at the time and was witnessing the entire jobWhen the large stump and rootball went back to the earth where it had originated from it did not sit perfectly in the holeOur customer than proceeded to contract us again to grind the stump and pull all the mulch from the massive stump[redacted] still witnessing this and knew that we were on his property and never said that we could'nt go on to do the remainder of the work! We could have left half of the stump ground at the property line (as it was on the property line as previously stated) and been done with it! Instead We decided to help him and grind the entire stump! We cleaned up approxiamatly 10-yards of mulch from the stump! [redacted] than proceeded to call the police and told them that we left his yard a mess and he wanted it cleaned upSo we went back over there and cleaned up shovel fulls! He told the police he would be happy if we cleaned up and he still proceeded to call me and harass me about his lawn! Call me names and using vulgar language towards me! At this time I told him that I was not responsible for the tree falling, or the massive crater that this very large uprooted tree had done! Also that if he was going to talk to me like that I was not going to help him! He is not our customer and never will be! We do a lot work in that neighborhood and he is [redacted]! He did not pay for any of the removal or the stump grinding, and he still wants us to do work for free! He also stated that he was going to drag my name through the mud every where he goes and if he continues I am going to sue him for slander! I WILL NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR HIS PROPERTY OR HIM! Being as he will probably call the police on me againI am not settling with him as he is not my customer! Steve B[redacted]

I had a 65 ft diseased maple tree cut down yesterday (Jan 07, 2016). Owner, Steve, has done many, many tree removals at my house over the past 20+ years. His reputation is impeccable: he comes when he says he will, does what he contracts to do and cleans up thoroughly when he is done. I am extremely satisfied with his work and highly recommend him.

Review: Improperly used driveway causes my car to get filled with wood dust. Promised to come blow ot off never showed and won`t respond.

I was woken up to a wood chipper in my driveway unauthorized by my landlord for the use of removing branches and trees from next door. I find my car pinned in by the wood chipper and wood flying all over. I decided to watch and see if anything happened to my car. I was assuming they would be respectful and make sure my car wasn`t covered before they left. Of course they didn`t . I called the company they said they would have him return to clean off my car. I waited a half hour and nothing. I proceed to call thw company and get no answer. About 15 calls later still nothing. I find this very disrepectful since I could have had him kicked off the property even before he even finishes the job.Desired Settlement: All I wanted was for them to be respectful to my property and clean my car off. They can now pay for a car wash and hopefully there is no other long term damage from the wood dust.

First it is not her property, after numerous attempts of knocking on doors there was no response to move the car- then we were almost done and she called the office and I ([redacted] answered the phone)- listened to the complaint and I told her that I would have employee go back over and blow off car- in which he did around 4:00 pm that very same day. I apologized and we made good on the promise- Employee stated that there was very little dust on car when he went to blow off car. If she needed to mave car at any time- employee would have moved truck- She was never "pinned in"! Wood chips fly into the back of the truck the only thing that got on the car was dust! I believe that we the company have done due diligence and resolved problem efficiently.
