Claimant was served with a lawsuit August 26, and called this office asking what his balance was. The balance included the legal fees associated with the suit. Mr*** became very angry and stated we would never receive his payment and hung up.October 5, we received a call
from our client that Claimant went to the clinic and paid a weekend receptionist a payment. The payment was applied to his balance. Claimant thought he would be able to avoid the cost associated with the legal action however, the Lawsuit was filed with the courts prior to his payment and we are entitled to the legal cost
