First, I wanted to say that I am very pleased with the services my daughters and myself have received at Saba Orthodontics We are very impressed by Dr Saba's knowledge and attention to detail, as well as the pleasant and accommodating staff she has I had visited other orthodontists before I chose Dr Saba to treat my two daughters and then myself with lingual braces My dentist also confirmed that Dr Saba would be her top choice as well Second, I have to say it is very shocking to see the negative review left by someone who is probably not even Dr Saba's patient The office and its reputation has been published in many magazines and all of Dr Saba's patients will agree with me that her fees are fair and customer service and her attitude towards patients is nothing but caring I have referred many patients to Dr Saba and highly recommend Saba Orthodontics for anyone's orthodontic needs

My treatment went very well; I finished the process much earlier than expected. I chose the lingual braces (behind the teeth braces) and getting braces is the best thing I have ever done for my smile. I wish I had done it many years earlier. I had jaw pain from an incorrect bite, and now my jaws never hurt, this is an added plus to the beautiful alignment of my teeth. I have been pleased with the kindness and professionalism that I receive from Saba Orthodontics. The staff has always treated me with respect and priority. I am grateful for their attention to detail in helping me achieve a great smile that will last a lifetime. I would recommend Saba Orthodontics to whomever in needs of braces.

My son was referred to Saba Orthodontics by his primary dentist. Dr. Saba evaluated my son on 5/19/2012 and recommended that he start expander treatment for a total price of $3,560. The details are documented in “Saba Orthodontics Payment Arrangement for Orthodontic Treatment” dated 5/19/2012.
Saba Orthodontics billed a total of $3,560 for the expander services, with the following breakdown:
1) $3,200 for the upper and lower expander
2) Saba Orthodontics fraudulently billed $1,250 to MetLife under code 8061 and $1,950 was billed to us.
3) $360 for record fee, which was above the price authorized by MetLife
The expander was of poor quality and broke after only five months into the treatment, and hurt my son’s mouth every time he wore it. Dr. Saba refused to fix the expander, and ultimately the expander broke completely even before the planned 1-year service was completed. The expander and treatment didn’t do the job and my son’s mouth is still overcrowded as of today. My son was recently evaluated for braces and we were told that he needs expander again.
Despite the fact that Dr. Saba didn’t provide the services to the patient’s satisfaction and didn’t even complete the final appointment, she billed MetLife and us for the full amount of $3,560.
We submitted a dispute to MetLife, who ordered Saba Orthodontics to return the check. However, Saba Orthodontics provided additional untrue information to argue against the Metlife's decision.
As a result, we are overcharged fraudulently (they overcharged us for the service they provided), provided very poor services, and wasted our precious time going through treatment with Dr. Saba that did not help at all.
