No refund policy was NOT advertised. We had a ring that we had to take back to get fixed 3 times and it broke for no reason and they wouldn't refund.
We had problems from the very beginning of buying the engagement ring, and wedding band combo. I bought it In probably March I can't really remember. Proposal happened on June 21. We had to take it back to them because of some burnt welding marks. The first time I brought it back to them I was completely blown off by and employee. We took it to the Sabghis in *** and the lady there actually took the ring for repair. When we got it one of our complaints about the ring (a diamond on the side of the ring was still black) so I had to take it back again. He said that he couldn't do anything about it, that the black would go away in a couple months. Fast forward a couple months and my fiancé was holding a baby and the babies head bent it with almost no force. We took it back because I just wanted rid of it because it'd been nothing but problems and lies. We walked in on sept. 5th not even 90 days from when someone actually started wearing it. And that's when I learned about the no refund policy that was not advertised.

Desired Outcome

Full refund for both rings. And to never deal with this business again.

bought the engagement ring on 5/16/2020. He asked if we can change the center stone for a larger diamond, which we did put a larger diamond and a new head to fit the new larger diamond. The ring was picked up on 5/19/2020. On 6/27/20, the customer brought in the ring to be sized, which we did. We did not charge the customer.
On 07/02/2020 the customer brought in the ring back which was damaged. In order to have it fixed, we had to change the head completely. We did at no cost to the customer.
At the time of pick up the customer left with the impression they were happy.
The customer then came into the store on 09/05/2020 with the damaged diamond band and spoke with *** (owner) and asked for a refund. *** explained that we do not give refunds on damaged items that is done by customer. *** explained to them that although we had changed the original ring into a new look on the customer's request, and fixed the damages at no charge to the customer, but *** happily offered them a full store credit toward anything else they like in the store.

Unfortunately, even on the first complain that the customer post on *** and ***, even accused ***, that *** had no interest to talk to them.

There is our policy written on all of the invoices and next to our cash register very clearly, which it is attached to this email. (No Refunds, Exchanges only). (No Refunds or exchange on special orders). Although this ring is completely different than its original look and it is damaged, we are still offering a full store credit toward a new purchase in our store.

We strive to provide the utmost amazing customer service and hate that in this customer's eyes we fell short of that. Our customers are always number one to all of our management and staff.

Very easy to buy from, have been repeat customer for years and wouldn't buy from anyone else.
