Hello,Both myself and our front desk manager spoke with this gentleman and his wife regarding the gift certificateWe apologized as we no longer offer massage servicesOur services and our product offerings fluctuate- we often add new services, product brands etcThe gift certificate was one week
shy of being a year oldWe explained that we are happy to offer a store credit for the dollar amount they purchased to be used towards any product or service we are currently offeringI also offered to call in a massage therapist to give a massage if that would be sufficientThe very next morning (approxhours after speaking with him) before I called the gentleman back to give possible massage appointment times, he had already filed a complaint with the Revdex.comI have NEVER in years at the shop dealt with someone so unwilling to understand our situation and take a store credit towards something elseI would love to know what the Revdex.com thinks about the situation as we do not offer refunds of any kind as a store policy. The owner did offer to find another massage therapist but she has not contacted us. A call from her that she has located another massage therapist for the pre-paid price would resolve this complaint
