I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
The inspection is fraudulent for several reasons the first being the inner tie rod end did not need replacedthe other is the person who inspected my car was *** not ***, she only came in when *** Called her to hold the lightOne lies and the other swears to it*** jacked up my car and started with a pry bar on the front wheel, that's not how you check a ball joint on a front wheel drive carThis kid doesn't know what he's doing. *** took the car back because He wanted to show the kid that it wasn't in need of a tie rod end, it needed ball jointsWhen *** realized he was getting nowhere he told the kid to forget it let it down I'll take it somewhere else the guy got mad and tried to hit *** with the door when he flung it open*** stopped the door and then *** Came out of the car and took a swing at ***, So *** took him to the ground in self defense when *** let him up he punched *** in the back of the head knocking his glasses to the ground*** picked up his glasses and left*** made all the repairs to my car front brakes, lower control arms ,ball joints, with the exception of the inner tie rod end and I took it to a reputable auto repair shop where it passed inspectionIn conclusion; there is no resolution to this matter they never even tried to resolve it, the dad called my house to make it right and left a bogus phone number. *** never attacked that guy that's a retaliation tale made up after they found out that I made a complaint with the Revdex.com

In response to complaint ID no***.">On 3-18-I ( *** ***) inspector did an inspection on a vehicle which failed: order no***The vehicle needed front brakes, rotors, and an tie rod end replacedThe vehicle was registered to *** *** *** brought the vehicle here for inspectionI, with the assistance from *** did the inspectionI wrote the work order of what needed to be repairedI explained to *** what needed to be repairedShe seemed to be fine, smiling at me, and understood what repairs had to be doneShe told me her boyfriend was a mechanic and could fix the repairs neededI told her that's fine when he was done fixing the repairs to bring the vehicle back, I would check the parts that needed to be replacedThen if everything was correct she would have to pay an additional $plus tax for the inspection sticker and I would put it on*** seemed to be fine with this and leftThe next day *** *** came to the garage and was irate with *** in front of another customer*** told him to calm down, that he would check what work was doneI was not at the garage at this ***e*** pulled the vehicle in the garage and jacked it upThere was still play in the wheel so *** showed *** that there was still play in the wheel*** then crawled under the vehicle and saw the lower ball joints needed replaced*** then lowered the vehicle down off the jack*** became more irate with *** and wanted to pull his own vehicle out of the garage*** did not allow him because our company policy is no customers allowed to pull there vehicles in or out of the garage*** backed the vehicle out of the garageThen when *** was getting out of the vehicle *** attached him*** then told *** to leaveWhen I got to the garage *** told me what happened*** also gave me his opinion about the lower ball joint needing to be replacedWith out me seeing the repairs done or the lower ball joint needing to be replaced, I can not make a determination on whether the vehicle pasted or still failedWe are doing our job as a Pennsylvania State Inspector to make the vehicles safe to be driven on the roadsThere were no other fees charged to *** or ***Thank you for your *** *** ***3-25-
