Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below The inspection is fraudulent for several reasons the first being the inner tie rod end did not need replacedthe other is the person who inspected my car was [redacted] not [redacted] , she only came in when [redacted] Called her to hold the lightOne lies and the other swears to it [redacted] jacked up my car and started with a pry bar on the front wheel, that's not how you check a ball joint on a front wheel drive carThis kid doesn't know what he's doing [redacted] took the car back because He wanted to show the kid that it wasn't in need of a tie rod end, it needed ball jointsWhen [redacted] realized he was getting nowhere he told the kid to forget it let it down I'll take it somewhere else the guy got mad and tried to hit [redacted] with the door when he flung it open [redacted] stopped the door and then [redacted] Came out of the car and took a swing at ***, So [redacted] took him to the ground in self defense when [redacted] let him up he punched [redacted] in the back of the head knocking his glasses to the ground [redacted] picked up his glasses and left [redacted] made all the repairs to my car front brakes, lower control arms ,ball joints, with the exception of the inner tie rod end and I took it to a reputable auto repair shop where it passed inspectionIn conclusion; there is no resolution to this matter they never even tried to resolve it, the dad called my house to make it right and left a bogus phone number [redacted] never attacked that guy that's a retaliation tale made up after they found out that I made a complaint with the Revdex.com Regards, [redacted]
