Review: ON September [redacted], I shopped in Sabon for the a small bath ball, [redacted] and [redacted] assisted me and had so much trouble at check out that they had to call their [redacted] on vacation for a $5.50 purchase. It took almost fifteen minutes, I left my card in the store and somehow, after going to Bronx/home. The employees in the store charged $135.01 on my card, and an additional $123 at [redacted]s, on [redacted] a walk across the street from the Sabon Store. I kept calling the store to see if I left my card there, it took several calls, [redacted] told me she started at 4:00pm and she did not know what happened. The charges on my card took place at 5:49, for a debit to a paypal account and then the charges in that store and across the street! I am unemployed, that was my unemployment check! I am facing [redacted] and under enough duress, that was theft and larceny from a store that I have been loyal too through out the years and I find it ridiculous, that I had to deal with this! Lies upon lies. I think the public needs to know about this!Desired Settlement: I expect the gift card that the corporate office promised me in the about of $250 for my troubles. Your deceitful employees, took my card, a loyal customer, knowing I just came from a job interview and was unemployed and ran up $250 in charges, I made two trips to manhattan since then, this will not be my last. I want a formal apology for this. If it was the other way around, you would be boycotting, calling the press and on the news..... You have the greater reputational risk damages for this!

Review: I ordered products from Sabon NYC Order #[redacted] on November **, 2015 and never received my order or a shipment confirmation. I have called and emailed Sabon 4+ times and have received no response or update.Desired Settlement: Sabon needs to ship the items I paid for. If they do not ship the items they need to refund me $85 in cash because I purchased the items with gift cards and do not want to place another with such an inept company. I will buy elsewhere and not deal with them.

Review: bought 3 gift cards at 3 different transactionson 7/**/15, credit card got charged but my e-gift card was never delivered to the intended email address. tried calling the phone number on the website and email them but never heard back.Desired Settlement: give me my gift card or I escalated the issue to the media. what a scam company it is

Review: This is a complaint about short products content from the online shop. 14.4 ounces and 6.1 ounces products should be received while only 7 ounces and 3.52 ounces had been received. Order date:October [redacted],2013,order number:[redacted]. Problem items:body lotion(SKU#[redacted],14.4 ounces),dead sea mud facial mask(SKU#[redacted],6.1 ounces). I email the customer service staff stating the case. They mail back told me that there’s an issue with the ounces online and I can send the products back for refund. But the point is I’m in China,sending them back means spending a lot of money which is much more than the purchase price. So I hope them give half money back or send me another items,for they’re all nearly half contents. But they always told me sending them back without any promise about paying for international shipping cost. I feel unfair and helpless…..Revdex.com is my last hope to get a way out. Review: I purchased over $100 form Sabon store and they charged me for wooden spoon which I never got in my purchase and I bought the ready gift box that which it was preset with price on the store table. I was charged $5 extra for that box plus additional $1.08 for the spoon which I never got with my order. I have contacted the customer service several time. But no respond from them yet.Desired Settlement: Refund

Review: I ordered a product for a Christmas present online on Dec [redacted] at 9:35am EST. I got the confirmation immediately. Today is Dec [redacted] and I still have not received any confirmation about the shipping of the product. Since last Wednesday, Dec [redacted] I have been calling their customer cr (approx 50-75 times) and no one has answered. If you call the store they cannot help.

If you email them you also do not receive a response. I would like to know what type of customer service they provide besides in the stores.Desired Settlement: I would like an explanation of why I did not receive the shipping information and it states it will reach in 5-7 days and it's been exactly 7 days and no email regarding shipping. Also, why do they have a customer cr if no one answers it.
