during the holiday break therefore your request could not be processed immediately without management's approval since it stated on the application on the landing page that it is non-refundable, not to mention Out of Office resources. 2.     We changed the lease terms prior to your application for an apartment; however, it takes a few days for 3rd party sites to update their database and listings (Zillow in your case took about a week). I agree that when you applied, Zillow reflected a 1 year lease due to the delay mentioned, but also, the rental amount was also stating $200 more. We changed the lease terms to 6-8 months and discounted the rent $200. 3.     For future references, I recommend confirming with any leasing office the rent and lease terms directly as 3rd party posting websites can reflect old or inaccurate information and we have no control over these postings as they do not allow us to modify them in a timely manner.   We hope you do not judge our entire company based on this singular experience as we always strive to provide our residents with the most comfortable & positive experience.
