Review: We purchased a house last year. Sabrina pools came out 2 years earlier and put a new liner in for the last homeowner. I called them last year to make them aware that the liner was UN-tucked in 3 areas. They don't stand behind there work!!! They wanted to charge me just to come out!!! I own my own business and stand behind my work 100%. It's hard to believe with their lack of customer skills that they are still in business. Thank god we have other choices to go with in the area. I wouldn't waste my money or time with this company.

I would like them to stand behind there work and repair the defective installation. Pool season is upon us and we're about to throw our hands up in the air in disgust! Our family had hoped to enjoy our pool, in our new home, and now it's just a constant reminder of how in our society the consumer gets taken advantage of on a daily basis.

We have no record of this person or have we ever done business for this address mentioned above. We have received anonymous emails with this same complaint and we have never charged to do a estimate since they're always free, I googled earth this mentioned address and there isn't a pool on this property and no record of us doing any work at this address for any prior resident so I don't know the merit of this complaint.

The pool was put in by Sabrina pools years ago. It was probably original to the house. Sabrina pools came out and replaced the liner 3 years ago. This is what the selling agent, Jill Conklin, relayed to us when we purchased the house. The ladder into our pool says Sabrina pools right on it. Google Earth does not display our home when you enter our address. It incorrectly displays the other end of the road.

I contacted Sabrina pools last year and they would not stand behind the work nor would they come without charging $400 to look at the pool. They wanted us to commit having them fix it before coming out.

6/3/13 Sabrina Pools has always done free estimates and has never charged for service, we stand by all of our work and have been in business for 43 years at same location, We have no record of ever doing any business with the above mentioned [redacted], we do have a record of a previous owner who had a liner replaced approximately 5 years ago and would have looked at liner no charge as previously mentioned. We also have a Cory Twiss stating the exact same complaint from this address just the amount of the estimate is different and is just putting this up on all website reviews
