Back on May/Mr we sold a vehicle to Mr
***At the time we have the vehicle priced for $7,The vehicle is a BMW with 110k miles, which will make it a years vehicle with less than 15k miles average driving per year, that a low Miles car, Not highWe understood from Mr *** that he is on a set budget, likes the car but is limited to his spending abilities, so we discounted the vehicle and sold it for a below the asking price after all taxes and fees. Mr *** requested some further assistance for future work, first oil change and a spare key to be provided to him at no additional labor costs only parts, We agreed to provide him the cost on both and waive any labor costs involved. A year later, about months ago Mr *** came by asking us if we can help him install a pair windshield wiper blades, at the time we were booked booked for the day and the technicians schedule planned for his dayWe still managed to fit him in without any hassle, or wait timeWe also provided the work at no costs to him and free of charge.About a month ago, Mr ***, called us and demanded for us to schedule him to perform additional mechanical reportWe informed Mr *** that we don't perform any outside mechanical work to outside customers and our past assistance was minor and easy doWe also informed Mr *** that we will be glad to direct him to the proper place to where he can have his concerns addressed at our wholesale costs without paying the full retail costs and even helping him getting the parts if needed as well at the wholesale costs. Mr*** demand for us to do the work and if we are not able to then we should be liable for any costs of work performed by any other service shop. We declined his demands and we offered to honor our previous offer of discounted assistance. We sold Mr*** a vehicle more than a year agoWe can't perform any outside work in our shop as we don't have a mechanic on siteWe offer customer service, we believe in good faith service and personal assistance, however we can't meet Mr ***'s demands as his requests are not within ability or responsibility, more than a year later of the sale of the vehicle. On side note, we never accused or disrespected Mr ***We declined his requestes and we stayed within line in all professional aspects and responds. Thank you

I am rejecting this response because:They are lying about the full refund. They gave my mother her one hundred dollars in cash but that was months later after several attempts. My deposit which came out of my bank account was not returned to me by them. I had to go back to my bank and explain to them about this. These people are trying to make me seem that I am hurting for money. The truth is they are simple thiefs and liars. I do not want what is not mine. These guys are sick minded people to rip me off and deceive you. I will meet these guys face to face about this.

I accept the 100 dollar refund. As for the business response I do not because it does not coincide with the written comments to my back which is [redacted]. Their details are much different in that response as compared to the Revdex.com I would like my refund in a check form and mailed to me at [redacted]  [redacted]. Once my check arrives I will consider this matter closed.

I am sorry But we have already refunded a total of 200 in cash, so why would we as a business pay it again, when the consumer already tried to dispute the charge before and we provided proof that has is been paid.I don't think its fair.

this was more of a verbal agreement

[redacted], You have been refunded all your money for the deposit back and in cash. It sad to see you trying to get an additional money on your card. The Refund was submitted back to you in full and in the form of cash just like you have requested. When [redacted] visited us and put a 100 cash...

and 100 on his visa card we agreed to honor a hold for a week, and we even went back and extended the hold for another week. Then the Customer decided to change his mind on the purchase and demanded a full refund. We honored his request and even met his demands for a full cash refund on both deposits because the visa refund could take him couple of days to refund and he needs the money at the time.We refunded him a total of 200.00 in cash and we both parried away. I would like to further assist him and personally help him with cash funds if he is in need, however, we can't pay for something we already have. Thank you and we would love to help

I am rejecting this response because:at the time of the sale I was promised that as long as I owned the car that all repairs would be done for the cost of the parts only no labor charge the car had over 112000 miles on it never had any wiper blades installed by them and have yet to recive a spare key after a year. when I first called was to inform them that my fan belt had broken they told me to call back during the week to see when I could bring the car in when I called back they said they dident do outside work but on mar. 5 2015 they replaced all the brake pads for the cost of the parts. witch led me to belive they would make future repairs if needed. I only called to try to make an appointment not demand any work and got no help from them so I drove to there lot to see what could be done and was told to get out and get a life

the statement offered by the owner at the time of the sell was that as long as I owned the car all repairs would be done by them for the cost of the parts no labor charge plus I would receive a spare key from them witch I still have not received

Review: On Febuary the 14th of 2015 my mother and I went to shop for a used car at Sac Capital Auto Sales in Sacramento. We choose a car and the salesmen said we should put a security deposit on the car. We ended up putting two hundred dollars down. My mom put down one hundred in cash and I had my bank card swiped for the amount of one hundred dollars. Two weeks later we changed our mind and did not want the car. We went back and asked for our security back but we're told to come back next month for the refund. The month past and again we were turned away. Finally two weeks later the salesmen named Vincent gave my mother one hundred back in cash but that was all. I have yet to receive my refund and I need your help. My refund should be one hundred dollars.Desired Settlement: I want my one hundred dollars back in a check form or to my bank account.

Review: I bought a high mileage used car from the dealer at the time of the purchase I was told that any repairs that needed to be done would be for the cost of the parts no labor charge they started out making the repairs until today. after many calls I went down to there location to try to fine out what could be done I was told they don't have a mechanic any more now they have an independent contractor. then I was asked if they looked stupid and told to leave and get a lifeDesired Settlement: im going to have the repairs done by another shop I think any labor charge should be paid by the dealer
