and cursing for a part you had ordered wrong is not the way to go. Also, we have proof of pictures from our website. Along with this item being past the 30 day warranty. On top of that, you ordering the wrong part will not provide you with return shipping costs. Have a wonderful day.

Review: On November 3rd 2015 I ordered a part from Sac CityAutoParts.com called a Front suspension cross member. The images on their website were of the correct part and in detail described it. However,I did not receive the correct part so I called them the same day it was delivered. The person who answered was named [redacted] and said that he would send me the correct part [redacted] told me to provide the invoice number. One week has passed and I called him back asking if they sent my part, he then proceeds to tell me they will do it when they can. A month has passed and my situation hasn't been resolved, [redacted] then tells me to send the wrong part back and that he would send me the correct one so long I pay for the shipping. I sent the part through [redacted] to [redacted], on Monday December 21st and paid $28.31, the location it came from on my invoice. They received the package on Wednesday December 23rd signed off by [redacted]. I call back on the 29th asking if they received my package and much to my surprise [redacted] tells me they never received the package. So I called [redacted] to make sure the package was delivered and they confirmed it. At this point [redacted] seems to be agitated with me and tells me that they didn't receive it because they were closed Further on in the conversation he tells me it was a short day, so which is it? Were they closed or open? if they were closed how did someone named [redacted] sign off on it? Anyway [redacted] then tells me they put it in storage, well if he never received it then how did they put it into storage? Finally on the third phone call back [redacted] said he doesn't want to help me and won't do anything. I now lost $187.20 paid to SacCityAuto and $28.31 for the return shipping.Desired Settlement: I want my money back which includes the return shipping price for a total of $215.51
