I would refer Saccheri construction for anything from minor repairs to building a new home Five years ago I had them build a new detached garage that required excavating the property to match the house's elevation, trenching to bring in water & electrical, and cosmetically matching the existing home It turned out perfect and still looks as good as the day it was built Since then I have had them do other major projects: My home is western cedar on the outside, the back of the house faces the South which caused it to be beaten by the sun from morning to night causing extensive damage to the wood and windows We decided to replace the wood with hardy board and put new doors and windows in Saccheri construction replaced all the wood and windows, every detail was meticulously done to perfection - as if it was Darrell S***' s own home During the contrition we had them wrap all the soffits with metal (wood boring bees were having a feast) and paint the entire outside of the house This is a sf Timber frame home which due to the size and peaks of the roof was no easy undertaking The project went perfect, the house looks new, and my investment in repairs was worth every penny spent The last project completed by Saccheri Construction was to replace a full bath Darrell worked with my wife to design everything from the new tile, paint, cabinets, plumbing fixtures, etc everything was completed on time, within budget, and to perfection In summary, Darrel S*** could grow his business by subcontracting and hiring multiple crews but he refuses to relinquish control to others and not provide the personal touch that ensures all work in as if it were in his own home If you are looking for a contractor you can trust with good ole fashion work ethic and integrity you can count on Darrell S*** My name is Scott B**, ask Darrell for my contact information if you would like to speak with me

We cannot say enough good things about [redacted] and his entire staff. This is a fantastic company, and we would use them one hundred times over. We currently live in Bellevue in a split level home, and wanted to do some renovations to finish off the single car garage, make our half bath into a full bath, convert a "man cave" style room into a master bedroom, and additionally build a stand alone garage behind our house. [redacted] responded to our very first phone call, came out to speak with us and evaluate our property the very same week, and provided an estimate just days later. He worked with our budget and gave expert advice on all of our questions. He was very available to us, and truly listened to what we wanted. He is professional, knowledgeable, hard working, flexible, and just extremely pleasant to deal with. We truly enjoyed getting to know him and feel very happy to have worked with him. Saccheri Construction has done several jobs for me, including building a large garage, building an attic room, framing and tiling a new bathroom, painting and repairing siding and building a covered porch over the last couple of years. They have been wonderful to work with. They are professional, reliable, trustworthy and reasonably priced. I've worked with several other contractors and subcontractors over the past twenty years and I would rate Saccheri Construction as the best that I have encountered. I have been satisfied with all of their work and they are also a joy to work with. I will hire them for all my jobs- large and small.
