Review: I purchased a 2002 [redacted] escape from Sacco's Sales Service on March 9th 2015. The owners of the shop told me the car was taken to a dealership and was inspected by them and that everything was fine with the car. The back passenger door does not open and I was told a part was ordered and that it would be sent to me when it arrived and I never received a part. Once the car was brought home I began to notice more and more wrong with the car. Everything underneath is rusted and the entire front and back brake systems had to be replaced. The exhaust system is about ready to fall off because of missing muffler clamps and major rust so that will also need to be replaced. The trunk does not lock and sometimes it can't be opened. It seems like the handle is not connecting. The air conditioning only works on the highest level and it isn't even cold. There is also a clanking noise when the car is being driven. This car was not checked by a dealer because it would not have been approved. I have a two year old daughter and this car is not even safe to take her in. I feel that my girlfriend and I were taken advantage of because of our age. We paid $3000 for this car and with everything wrong with it we paid way too much. We were given false statements about this car and we were never told of all the problems with this car.Desired Settlement: I would like a good faith partial refund of a third of what we paid for it because I feel they know what they were doing. This refund could go towards the repairs. I would also like an explanation of why they lied or I would like proof of them taking it to a dealer.
