Company failed to resolve hacking issue, which led to my bank account getting wiped outThis has been going on for months without resolution
Sach Solution put a software (Advanced Identity Protector) on my computer a few weeks agoHowever, on *** a representative told me that is a scam ware
Your company has unfettered access to my bit defender accountIt is not in my name and has a master password to which I do not have access and harbors files and folders I did not create
I explained that my finances are being actively hacked to the tech (Clement)His solution was to update existing softwareI routinely do updates and that hasn't stopped hacking attacks yetSo how did this person resolve the issue?
I signed on with your company because I was being hackedSince joining your service this problem has grown exponentially

Do not use this "company" they are scammed and they will lock your computer with a system encryption If you find yourself in this situation you can save your computer by doing a reset on your computer Shut it down when you restart it continuously push the fkey until a blue screen appears then push the advanced options then the third option box down and then the second option This is a factory reset Hope if you see this and need help it helps you fix what these guys did

So far so good I just had of my computers' issues resolved (I hope) I was disappointed with my previous supplier and needed competent technicians to take care of all my issues They seem to be quite competent, polite and assuring that I won't have any of the old problems any more
