Second, in reading the complaint letter it seems to be about a problem the person had with a soccer league. We do not now and never have offered soccer. We offer football, cheer and boys and girls lacrosse.
I think the person has us confused with another league that he was a member of.

Review: Very unhappy with the way they have handled my situation. Not only did they throw me back and forth between the [redacted], the [redacted] and another department within their business but they denied my right to a refund. This is a soccer league that provided no appropriate training to the kids, nor guidance, only confusion. I kindly requested my son to play with older kids since his skills were obviously better than his peers at his age and he even performed well when the "[redacted]" was observing him. But here is where the problem starts, not only did the [redacted] approach my sons coach and stated that he'll be watching my son because I wanted to move him up to an older division,making it seem like I was crazy, but he stated to him that he will not be going anywhere from what he "has seen", and this was before he had assessed him . How can you state so kindly the procedure of moving up when I ask and then denied him even before seeing him and making a correct assessment? We had recently moved from another league that was better managed and where they did care about their kids, more than their business. it is obvious that they handle my situation to avoid in providing a refund. They had stated in one of the last emails that the refund had to be provided before the end of the first week, I complained on the first game, then they said that there's a play-up request where they will assess him and make a decision based on what they see, which involved a trainer to assess him and the [redacted] to assess him as well which took over a week to do plus a week for me to get a response and an extra week to tell me that the refund can no longer be processed. Everything was documented through email so I can provide the dates.Desired Settlement: just a 100% refund since I emailed the [redacted] while my son was playing the first game and since I had spent money on an uniform that he will never wear.
