I WAST NOT TOLD what tests as ZERO communication occurred in the ER until AFTER the tests were ranI was
not even made aware of a drug test until I was given my discharge papers
I was asked if I take drugs and I replied NO and also gave a list of the things I take
I asked why I was drug tested and the nurse said "You never know when people will look you in the face and lie to you."
I was NOT under legal obligation to provide such a test NOR WAS I GIVEN OPPORTINITY TO REFUSE IT!!!!
This is all lies meant to cover their own tailsI will not pay ANY Of the bill until this is removed and an apology is offered

I was ASKED by the nurse if I did drugs and I SAID NO - I DROVE MYSELF to the ER and was under NO LEGAL OBLIGATION to provide drug screenIf the nurse did not believe me that I didn't do drugs - that's ON THEM - LET THEM PAY FOR THE TEST

If CMH healthcare professionals were indeed professional, and talked to their patients and included them in their healthcare, as the law demands - this would not be an issue
I AM NOT PAYING FOR THE DRUG SCREEN - PERIOD - not with a discount or any other way
