[redacted] the manager at the Grass Valley store has been in contact with this customer since the beginning of the problem and is taking care of this unfortunate situationUnfortunately the customers garments were misplaced and it takes some time to track what has happened [redacted] has informed me that hes been in contact with the customer to keep him in the loop about the progress of locating the garmentsThe customer was also told that if we cant locate them then we would of course reimburse them for their lossI don't know why the customer thinks hes getting the run around , [redacted] has been in contact with the customer through out the processWe want nothing more than to get them their garments back and are working hard to do that
