I am rejecting this response because: As I stated to, whom I believe to be the owner I LEFT two voicemails within 30 minutes of making the reservation requesting to cancel. I left these messages on the only phone provided online and he simply said I didn't. He told me I did not do what I had done. He didn't check he did nothing except state he would not refund the money even though I requested to cancel. I absolutely stated I would be filing a complaint AFTER as he referred to me as a "RUDE [redacted]" and hung up the phone me. I don't know in what world that is an ok business practice.

This lady book the reservation on lineThere is a 24 HR cancellation policy.We confirm with the number was at the reservation.We send the driver the following day to the address and Rancho Murieta which is an hour away from the airport very early in the morning driver got there 15 minutes before time...

he went to the door no one answer he called the number no one answer then he called the office we called both numbers the one we have and then around 8 a.m. the young lady she called and she said I need to cancel the reservation which is the driver or [redacted] complete we have to pay the driver we did Bay the driver driver have a prove that he was address he checked with the security guard in Rancho Murieta the young lady she insist to have the credit card refunded and she threatened us that she is going to file for dispute she looks like she knows how to file dispute anyway we explained to her that there is a 24-hour cancellation she said I don't care she I want my money we cannot refund anything for her she tried with the credit card company and the credit card company they made their decision that she is not in title for refund please explain to her that we paid the driver and we have to pay for gas and everything else she need to be careful when she make another reservation thank you for explaining it to her

Review: We had a bad experience. The company quotes you a price for their service, but dont tell you about the 18% gratuity until we received the charges on our [redacted] bill.

When they took us to our destination we tipped them well.Desired Settlement: They charged us $39.00 gratuity and we paid $35,00 as a tip we called them several times and they promised to return the tip we gave them They didnt show up on the day they said they would come to our home & return the money.
