I am rejecting this response because: Normal wear and tare is expected but a [redacted] converter, an alternator and a crankshaft going out in a 2 month period is NOT normal! The mechanics are even telling us don't waste your money fixing this car it'll cost more than it's worth and they are unsure of how this car ever passed smog! You were told as shown in the attachment! Just like the window part that was supposed to be ordered and put it that we have yet to see! Alex sure could respond to every other message that was sent to him but not the one when the car trouble began. I'm not the only one there are 3 others as well!

Review: I bought a [redacted] from this dealership last Saturday for my daughter. I did not see the smoke when I drove it as I was inside the car but the next day when my daughter drove it away it was smoking up a storm. I had it smogged by 2 different places and it failed. There is an illegal cat converter in the suv with no numbers. I checked the history, this car did not pass smog in April, then passed in June and now it doesn't pass. I called the DMV and the Bureau of Automotive reapir that reccomended I file a claim on line with them and they will reserarh the dealership. They both claimed there is something fishy about it passing smog and then not passing shortly after. I can't wait to hear back from them as I am taking them to small claims court. If this has happened to you, you do have a case. I requested to return the car and get my money back and they refused.Desired Settlement: I want a refund for the car. PurChased for $3300. Total with tax and license was $3867.00.

We went out of our way to replace new tires on car as well as the belts: customer left deposit also agreed to price. Next day called me threatened me to file a complaint with Revdex.com if we don't drop the price 2000 dollars. We already are loosing money on the new tires we put on the vehicle at customers request.

Review: Vehicle was said to have been inspected and have no defects. I purchased it, my mechanic inspected it; he found approximately $2,000. worth of repairs

On July 22, 2013, I purchased a used vehicle (2007 Kia Spectra)at Sacramento Auto Sales, Inc. for $6,675.26. I took the word of [redacted] that the vehicle I was purchasing had been fully inspected by a mechanic and did not have anything wrong with it or need any repairs. When I returned home to my town, I had my mechanic look it over. [redacted], of [redacted] found that the vehicle needed approximately $2,000. worth of repairs! These included, but were not limited to 5% & 10% of brake wear remaining, bad battery, no oil in the car, all fluids dirty/unchanged, timimg belt replacement not done.

Additionally, the salesman had told me to contact him right away if there was any problem with the vehicle and 'not to seek legal recourse' because they could 'take care of it', but when I called him about the problems my mechanic had discovered, he said 'absolutely not--they were not responsible'. Even if an individual purchases an as-is vehicle, the dealership should not be allowed to lie and misrepresent the vehicle as being well maintained and needing no repairs when that is not the case.Desired Settlement: I am seeking that the bulk of the necessary repairs are paid for by the dealer. I don't think I should be responsible for and additional $2,000. worth of repairs on a vehicle I was told was in clean condition. I can submit estimates and bills from my mechanic for the necessary services.

Review: I bought a car from Alex he was very polite and promised all kinds of things and when we were hesitant even told us he see's we have a newborn baby and that this is a great car he would never put us in anything that wasn't a great car especially with a newborn baby! So we bought the car with a promise that he would fix the messed up window switch. So it's now two months later and no widow switch has been fixed and the car is a piece of [redacted]. Within 2 months time the alternator has gone out on me in the middle of the in the middle of no where with my baby in the car! The oil light came on and the shop showed us the oil was pitch black and the power steering fluid was beyond needing to be flushed! The Serpentine belt needs to be changed as well. The battery is from 2009 and needs to be replaced! The little side plastic piece on the side of the drivers seat that controls the seat has fallen off and won't go back on and then I went to open the back door of the car to get my son out and the handle came off right in my hand! Now the Catalatic Converter is going out, there is an knocking noise from the engine and the crankshaft timing is off. The 4 mechanic shops I took it to said it's not worth fixing and if I get it fixed it has to been done at the [redacted] dealership! Tried calling and texting Alex and no response! There are also 3 other people that I have contact info for that have had the same issues with this dealership!Desired Settlement: Would like a refund of the down payment of 1260 and the loan dissolved or the car to be repaired to factory standards!
