This bank is not customer oriented. They put long holds on big amount checks like I got for an insurance settlement. I deposited on the 17th of July a large sum check. Written by Bank of America and Geico. They released $1,000 of that the first day. Then I had to wait 4 more business days to get 4,000 more. Then they said all would be available on 7/27/17. I want to pay off my car. I had to pay my mortgage. I paid my mortgage then called to pay off my car, non-sufficient funds. I'm up early, I have business to take care of, it's like 745 am and I call the bank and select the denied transaction line. The representative told me that they put a daily spending limit on my account. Goodbye. That is my money. You don't get to tell me how much I can spend. I am irate and they have lost a customer.
