Sacramento Elite Bridal Event

Review: In August 2014, I paid Sacramento Elite Bridal $725 to be a vendor at their February 2015 bridal event being held at the [redacted]. In November 2014 I wrote and called with a request to cancel our entry and receive a refund on the booth fee we had already paid. Nowhere on their website or on the contract do they have a refund policy outlined. I did not receive a response back from them until January. In January [redacted] (the representative I'd been working with) offered to transfer our booth fee to the other wedding event in Folsom. I wrote back and declined that offer and requested we be refunded our booth fee OR be given instructions on how to attend the show in February if a refund wasn't possible. The email in January is the last time I've heard from them. I've sent numerous emails to both [redacted] and the sales email directly. I've called both the office number and [redacted]'s cell and left messages! Every attempt to get in touch with them has gone ignored! Needless to say I have not received a refund and I did not receive instructions on how to attend the show that I PAID to be a part of!! The bridal event was February 19th. I have been trying to reach them SINCE the show and still have not gotten a response. I even wrote them stating my intent to submit a complaint here if I did not hear from them... that was a week ago!Desired Settlement: I would like our booth fee of $725 refunded. There was never any clear refund policy available, I initially tried to receive a refund in November which was plenty of time in my opinion, and I NEVER received instructions on how to attend the February show that the booth fee paid for! I did NOT receive the services or product that I paid for!
