Review: purchased a dodge ram over a month ago from [redacted] was helping him)with them giving me a promise in writting for new brakes, rotors and 2 new exact match rear tires after a week of not hearing from them I started calling and not getting any returned calls05/12/14 spoke to a male that told me he was busy and by himself but would check into and get back to me today.. I never heard bk05/13/014 I called spoke to [redacted] he told me he was writing my info down braked rotors tires and windshield and would check into and call me back - he didnt call back05/14/14 my husband when down there was told they ordered wrong parts and are ordering the ritht ones and will call us in a day or 2- my husbnad showed them the windshield were they thought was soda or somehting and showed them it was big welding burns or something?/ they told him he would try to get that replaced as it would be a hazard05/20/14 we havent heard anything so I called and spoke w chris he told me they were really busy but would check into and get back to me 5/22/14 I havent recievedd a call from them so I take time off work and go thre for them to tell me they have all the pats and ask me to bring in tomorrow 5/23/14 I drop off truck -never got a call it was done so at 6pm since they close at 630 I show up and the tell me its all ddone- after asking them questions I find out they forgot about the tires- I remind [redacted] that he promised me 2 new exact match rear tired- he goes to truck and writes down make and model and size and said he will order them I never get a call - show up there sunday they sent me to a tire shop -we asked them if they were going to be the exact tires as thats what we were promied and we were told yes- we get to tire store- the tires were not the exact tires- he tire shop calls the auto place and they tell me husband we have to talk to [redacted] on tuesday when he comes in- so in short I have had the truck for over a month and im still waiting for tires and windshield and getting nothing budDesired Settlement: I want the 2 rear tires replaced with new exact match tires as promisedi want the windshield replaced as I feel its a safety hazardi was told they were replacing brakes and rotors at time of purchase and they only replaced front and said back dont need? I want a 2nd opinion at there expense since I feel I cant trust them with all the run around and if other shop states needed I want sac truck depot-legend to pay for them
