insulting explanation of their ideology of ticket sales and marketing thereof. None of my 4 written well outlined complaints we're addressed (A copy of that is attached): 1] Price Gouging;2] Actual visual view of the action (which is what we paid for) impeded;3] Visions, methodology, and resale protocols promised is sale of tickets ...faulty and thereby ineffective4] No action taken after numerous complaints to several Sac Kings staff, Arena employees, and management. Seats canted improperly (not facing action) causing neck craning.
