Review: My husband received services from Sacramento Locksmith Solution 4/27/16. At 1:46 pm my husband called Sacramento Locksmith Solutions requesting services. The representative on the phone quoted him a $29 service fee and a $19 service call fee, total fee of $48 to open one of the doors to our house. [redacted] agreed to pay the $48 fees and requested a locksmith be dispatched. When the locksmith arrived at our home, he set up his equipment, then immediately started writing his receipt for $145 service fee and $15 service call fee, total $160. When my husband objected to the increased price the locksmith indicated our garage door lock was very expensive and high security. Our home has 6 entrances with 6 different types of locks. So, my husband suggested opening our back bedroom door or another door because it may be cheaper, but the locksmith declined to open a different door. He was very adamant on opening our garage door. After review of the locksmiths work, I am extremely disappointed in your locksmiths workmanship, my door is all scratched up and slightly ajar.

I am requesting that your company send me a refund of $97, which is the differences in our quote over the phone verse the amount that was charged at time of service.

Furthermore, I was not able to verify this company is licensed via The Department of Consumer Affairs BreEZe License Verification page. For my peace of mind, I would like to verify that locksmith company is licensed and that the locksmith employee who worked on my home is registered. Can you please provide me a copy of your companies license and the Locksmith employee registration card issued by the Department of Consumer Affairs Bureau of Security and Investigative Services and a CA drivers license of the locksmith who worked on my home, by close of business tomorrow 4/28/16. Because of the unethical behavior which has been displayed by your employees I am concerned for my families safety.Desired Settlement: I am requesting that this company send me a refund of $97, which is the differences in our quote over the phone verse the amount that was charged at time of service. Furthermore, If the Locksmith who worked my home is not registered with the Department of Consumer Affairs Bureau of Security and Investigative Services I request that all the locks be changed on my home by a registered locksmith.
